Maan and Dominic will revisit Bakar River in Norzagaray, Bulacan, where numerous people were recorded to have drowned and died. In May, “Saklolo” featured a girl who accidentally drowned in the river but was rescued in time. Now, what measures are barangay officials taking to ensure safety to those who want to swim in the river?
“Saklolo” will also check on Aling Marivic, whose leg was amputated due to complications from getting run over by a delivery truck. Hampered by disability, Marivic doesn’t know how to get by her life and make a living. “Saklolo” accompanied Marivic to a rehabilitation doctor who gave her an artificial leg for free. Though it will take her a long time to recover, each step would lead her to a better life with her husband.
Also to be featured in the look-back episode is the update on kid Lucas, who was abducted by the friend of his father Jack. The friend later revealed that he kidnapped Lucas because he was angry with Jack.
