A jampacked Alonte Sports Arena marked “It’s Showtime’s” first visit in Binan, Laguna recently as hosts personally thanked the madlang people by kicking off its annual anniversary ‘Magpasikat’ competition.
Loud cheers filled the arena as Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis heated up the stage with a sexy yet funny twerking showdown.
Karylle and Billy Crawford with “PINASikat” finalist “The Fire Assassin” Amokk, on the other hand, left the audience in awe as they fused singing and fire dancing in one production.
Jhong Hilario and Ryan Bang, joined by “Funny One” grand winner Ryan Rems, generated laughs as they showed how Koreans and Filipinos vary when it comes to courting girls.
Vhong Navarro and Eruption, with “Mini Me” season one grand winner Nhickzy Veench Calma, meanwhile, leveled up thrift shopping by performing several dance number from different eras.
Kuya Kim Atienza, Teddy Corpuz, and Jugs Jugueta, who called themselves as “Tropang Biglaan” gave a chill vibe to the madlang people and put their impromptu composing skills to test together with “That’s My Tomboy” winner Epey Herher
As the rest of the “It’s Showtime” barkada gave samples to their ‘Magpasikat’ performances, Coleen Garcia also gave the madlang people a surprise birthday treat via a breathtaking dance number with intense stunts.
Meanwhile, “Asia’s Got Talent” grand champion El Gamma Penumbra also joined the fun with their world class “shadow play” impersonating the “It’s Showtime” hosts as well as Kapamilya heartthrobs EA Guzman, Joseph Marco, and Dominic Roque who serenaded the crowd, and the Mr. Pastillas aspirants with Ms. Pastillas herself who sent the kilig vibes all over the place with their song number.
