Who will be the third grand winner of Pilipinas Got Talent?

Twelve diverse acts coming from twelve different parts of the country are set to compete in the much awaited grand showdown of talents in “Pilipinas Got Talent” Grand Finals happening live at the Ynares Sports Complex in Antipolo City this Saturday (Oct 22) and Sunday (Oct 23).

After searching for the best Pinoy acts in almost 80 cities and municipalities nationwide, the country’s biggest talent reality show will have five grand finalists from Luzon, four from the Visayas, and three from Mindanao competing for the top prize of its third season search.

Shadow play act El Gamma Penumbra of Batangas city, reggae band Sandugo of San Pablo city, singing and dancing twins Twin Divas of Nueva Ecija, singing teen heartthrob Khalil Joseph Ramos of Paranaque city, and Pinoy rappers Kiriko of Laguna prep up to defend the grand winner title won by Jovit Baldivino of Batangas in season one and Marcelito Pomoy of Cavite season two.

Visayan pride, on the other hand, will reign thought Visayas’ bets dancing siblings Lucky Twins of Tacloban, Pinay-Nigerian diva Muriel Lomadilla of Cebu, aerial acrobatic act Synergy of Negros Occidental, and balladeers Maasinhon Trio of Southern Leyte.

Meanwhile, they may be far from the capital but there is no stopping singing acoustic duo Bringas Brothers of Davao Del Sur, acrobatic kid act Loverkada Kids of Butuan City, and kid belter Renagine Pepito of Cagayan De Oro in showing the world that Mindanao’s got talent.

Since its launch, “Pilipinas Got Talent” has consistently proved definitely proved that Filipinos are naturally talented regardless of age, wherever they may be, or whether they perform in groups, trio, duo, or even solo.

With the great mix of acts that made it to the finals, the competition is expected to be tougher the third time around. The decision now solely lies on the public’s hands so everyone is encouraged to vote for their favorites.

“Pilipinas Got Talent” is the most successful and most watched talent-reality show on Philippine TV that catapulted its first grand winner Jovit and second grand winner Marcelito to stardom.

Watch the “Pilipinas Got Talent Grand Finals” live performance night at the Ynares Sports Complex this Saturday (Oct 22), 9 PM, and the live results night on Sunday (Oct 23), 8:15 PM, on ABS-CBN. PGT is hosted by Luis Manzano and Billy Crawford with Kris Aquino, Ai Ai Delas Alas, and Freddie M. Garcia as judges.
