After the expose on illegally-operating resorts in Boracay, Ted Failon goes to Puerto Gallera to investigate resort establishments that have not been complying with the law while operating in one of the country’s summer spots.
This Saturday (Apr 28) in “Failon Ngayon,” Ted will look into reports that some resorts reportedly lack environmental compliant certificate, building permit, and even mayor’s permit. He will also check on some of the complaints from beach-goers about disgusting floating human feces seen in some areas of the beach.
Based on the program’s investigations, the resorts that lack proper permits and do not have proper drainage system are causing the gradual destruction of Puerto Galera.
How can the government address this environmental problem? What punishments await these resorts for their non-compliance?
