Last year, ABS-CBN acquired the rights to air 13 of Mars Ravelo’s hit comic creations including the well-loved “Captain Barbell” which were already became hit TV series in the rival GMA station portrayed by Kapuso stars.
There is a speculation that Gerald Anderson is most likely to be the new “Captain Barbell” as ABS-CBN makes their versions of Mars Ravelo‘s superheroes and other out this world characters this year.
There’s no confirmation yet regarding this matter but it will be more exciting to see is how Gerald will attack on this role previously played by Richard. What are your opinions everyone?
