On December 2013 this year, Dennis Trillo’s contract with GMA Network will end and according to his manager, there’s still no talks on plans for Dennis to transfer to other networks. (See: Dennis Trillo to return to ABS-CBN this year?)
News spread last week that Dennis was offered to play Jorge Luis del Olmo (originally played by Mexican actor Arturo Peniche) in ABS-CBN’s newest Mexicanovela remake “Maria Mercedes” which will topbill Jessy Mendiola.
For all those who are hoping to see Dennis as a Kapamilya again and play this important role in “Maria Mercedes,” sorry but it won’t happen this year since he’s still in contract with GMA Network until the end of the year and based on the news, “Maria Mercedes” will might air on the third or fourth quarter this year.
Dennis is currently be seen in the Primetime series “Temptation of Wife” with Marian Rivera, Glaiza de Castro and Kapuso Rafael Rosell which is on its last three weeks.
