As a way giving back for the undying love and support of its supporters, ABS-CBN threw an ultimate grand fans day filled with nonstop production numbers and surprises, where avid viewers got to meet and greet their idols.
Teen King and Queen Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo made all KathNiel (Kathryn-Daniel) fans screaming and jumping with joy as they serenaded everyone with a special duet, and even picked a lucky couple to come up on stage to meet them face-to-face.
Aside from the special treat of the KathNiel love team, fans and avid viewers also got the ultimate Kapamilya experience as they participated in the ‘To Bee Continued’ segment of “The Singing Bee” and the ‘Sample’ segment of “It’s Showtime” which was led by its hosts Karylle, Jhong Hilario, Jugs Jugueta, Ryan Bang, and Eruption.
Solid teleserye fans were also in for a treat with the breath-taking performances from “Ikaw Lamang” stars Coco Martin, Jake Cuenca, Julia Montes, and Kim Chiu; “Dyesebel” leading men Sam Milby and Gerald Anderson; “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon” love team of Bea Alonzo and Paulo Avelino; and “Be Careful With My Heart’s” Jodi Sta. Maria, Jerome Ponce, and Richard Yap.
Joining the teleserye royalties were the whole cast “Moon of Desire” led by JC de Vera and Meg Imperial, the lead stars of “Mirabella” led by Julia Barretto and Sam Concepcion, the whole barkada of “Luv U” and “Goin’ Bulilit,” and former “Pinoy Big Brother All In” housemates Chevin, Cess, Jacob, Aina, and Axel.
Meanwhile, “PINASmile Day” became more special as Piolo Pascual, Iza Calzado, Andrea Brillantes, Zaijian Jaranilla, Xyriel Manabat, and Yesha Camile introduced their upcoming teleserye “Hawak Kamay” which will air soon. ABS-CBN also announced that the classic anime TV series “Superbook” will soon be a part of its ‘Umaganda’ morning block.
Also making the Kapamilya experience more memorable were the world-class performances of Queen of Teleserye Theme Songs Angeline Quinto and “The Voice of the Philippines” finalists Janice, Paolo Onessa, and Klarisse de Guzman; and the heart-stopping dance number from “ASAP 19’s” boy group Gimme5.
