R&B Princess Kyla already decided to transfer to ABS-CBN after being with GMA Network for almost a decade. Kyla started as a co-host/singer of GMA Network’s defunct Sunday variety show “SOP” in 2004, then became part of the replacement “Party Pilipinas” in 2010 and another replacement “Sunday All Stars” in 2013.
Late last year, Kyla started guesting on the ABS-CBN’s morning lifestyle show “Kris TV” together with the former Kapuso singer-actor Jay-R, now with “ASAP 20.”
Sorry “Sunday All Stars” fans but the show is really a trash. For a royalty like Kyla, she deserves to have a bigger and better and stable stage which none of Kapuso shows can provide. I think, this is Kyla’s wisest decision for a big leap in her long yet steady career to break through to another level.
Here’s Kyla’s last production in “Sunday All Stars” (February 1):

She is leaving GMA Network to be part of a much better Sunday musical-variety show “ASAP 20” in ABS-CBN. Just world class! Well, that’s what happens in the showbiz industry. Wherever you feel the greener pasture is, go there as long as the network and your fans support you.
To ABS-CBN especially to “ASAP 20,” please take care of Kyla!
Will Kyla be welcome at the Kapamilya network? What can you say ABS-CBN fans?
