In a viral video shared by Erika Mae Balagtas on her Facebook account, she dedicated it to her boyfriend named Mark Aaron Hernandez and asked to “watch the video ’till the end.” “Hi bebe, salamat sa lahat lahat. And sorry kung may nagawa man ako o ikaw. I love you. Goodbye,” she captioned.
The video has received 610K Views, 17k likes, 16k shares and over 11k comments as of this writing.
I thought it’s a sweet video. I thought someone died since the caption says goodbye. I thought it’s just a prank and a ghost will come out unexpectedly in the end. But it’s not…
I felt sad upon watching the video. The girl might be angry and this will serve as her revenge to her cheating boyfriend. Maybe not. We don’t know. But one thing I know about this story, this should have been in private if not shared on Social Media. This is not an easy story for us to tackle but I hope, if there’s no longer the thing we called love, at least save the friendship, the good memories.
This kind of issue is not for public consumption because this will lead into bullying and this is under Cybercrime law. I hope the people involved in this issue will talk to each others first in private because posting this on Social Media won’t help.
