GMA Network’s newest primetime drama “Once Again” continues to rule its timeslot beating rival “Dolce Amore”.
In the survey conducted by AGB Nielsen from May 5 – 8, 2016 covering Mega Manila households, the Janine Guttierez-Aljur Abrenica drama series edged out Kapamilya Kiligserye “Dolce Amore”. The primetime drama ended the week at number 5 following “24 Oras”, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano”, “Poor Senorita” and “Because of You”.
In the weekend ratings board, ABS-CBN’s crime drama SOCO led Kapamilya shows in the Saturday daytime top 10. SOCO jumps to number 5 beating even fellow Kapamilya show It’s Showtime which settled in number 6. This is the highest ranking SOCO has ever get for 2016.
Meanwhile primetime weekend is still dominated by Kapuso shows. Pepito Manaloto still led Saturday programming with 23.9% followed by Lip Sync Battle Philippines. For Sunday, Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho was unbeatable with 24.8% ratings followed by another Kapuso show Ismil Family.
