After bowing to the Sangres of “Encantadia” on its pilot episode, Cardo and the gang of “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” are back with the vengeance.
In the July 19 – 20, 2016 AGB Nielsen Urban Luzon TV ratings survey, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” was successful in regaining the top spot from GMA Network’s fantaserye “Encantadia”. “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano’s” 26.3% ratings on Tuesday July 19 was well enough to topple GMA Network’s revived fanstaserye which took the second spot with 23.5%. On Wednesday July 20, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” remains on top even extending its gap by 2.9% against “Encantadia” which went down to third place following “24 Oras” on 2nd. The Coco Martin starrer action-drama teleserye is currently focused on the battle between Cardo (Martin’s character) and Hector played by Cesar Montano. Will “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” sweep it again until the end of the week? Or will “Encantadia” bounce back to the number 1 spot?
