“Eat Bulaga!” cementing daytime leadership comeback and “Someone To Watch Over Me” defeating “Till I Met You” on its new timeslot.
After falling to number 2 spot in the daytime ratings board last week, “Eat Bulaga!” is back on top cementing its daytime leadership.
In the September 26 – 28, 2016 AGB Nielsen Urban Luzon TV ratings survey result, “Eat Bulaga!” emerged on top of daytime programming again sending “Wowowin” to its usual place in 2nd spot. “Eat Bulaga!” averages 18.7% in the survey period, beating “Wowowin” by 0.8% at 17.9% and its direct competitor “It’s Showtime” (which settled in the lower half of the top 10) by 6.1% at 12.6%.
“Minute to Win It” on the other hand continues to slowly climb the ladder at it reached 3rd spot just below “Eat Bulaga!” and “Wowowin”.
Meanwhile, GMA Network’s Alzheimer’s inspired teledrama “Someone To Watch Over Me” has posted win over timeslot new comer “Till I Met You”. The Lovi Poe-Tom Rodriguez led drama series has scored wins during the survey period against JaDine led “Till I Met You”. Initially slated at the 2nd spot of teleserye primetime block, “Till I Met You” was transferred to the 3rd slot giving way to “Magpahanggang Wakas”.
While “Till I Met You” on its first week on its new timeslot has won over “Someone To Watch Over You”, this week it was reversed. “Someone To Watch Over Me” averages 14.4% compared to “Till I Met You’s” 13.5%. Are JaDine fans still warming up on the new timeslot? Or more and more are really getting hooked with the newest Kapuso offering.
