Korean dramas heart up Jeepney TV’s summer line up

It’s a K-drama-filled summer in Jeepney TV as the cable channel premieres hit Koreanovela “It’s Okay, That’s Love,” “Emergency Couple,” and “Winter Sonata” beginning this March.

Keep up with the love-hate antics of an obsessive-compulsive bestselling author and radio DJ who meets his match in the person of a driven but compassionate psychiatrist in “It’s Okay, That’s Love.” Bickering soon turns into a relationship, but takes a blow when the other’s mental health issues are more serious than they initially suspected.

“Emergency Couple,” on the other hand, features the story of a former husband and wife who end up as interns at the same hospital. Both have to work in the emergency room together for three months after their messy divorce six years before.

Meanwhile, in “Winter Sonata,” lovers Janna and Jun get separated by an accident, the former believing that the latter is already dead. Unknown to Janna, Jun is alive but recovering from amnesia. Years later, when Janna is engaged to another, destiny brings her and Jun—who has no memory of her—to work together.

Don’t miss “It’s Okay, That’s Love,” airing Mondays to Thursdays at 9PM beginning March 27; “Emergency Couple” airing Saturdays at 9PM, and “Winter Sonata” airing Mondays to Fridays at 11:25AM.

Jeepney TV is the only local variety cable channel that offers the most extensive and well preserved archived programs that bridge generations of Filipino viewers by bringing back good memories and celebrating the best of Pinoy pop culture.
