Kapuso couple Aljur Abrenica and Kylie Padilla will soon move to a new house.
It could be remembered that Aljur pledged a house in Scout Fuentabella in Quezon City. However, according to former DZMM ‘Aksyon Lady’ Kaye Dacer, Aljur has 5-year P1.3 million balance that he should settle.
Dacer is the president of 8 TriMedia Pro and the past owner of the said house.
Fortunately for Aljur, Dacer shows great forbearance thus she doesn’t bother the actor to pay off his debt.
“Yes, alam mo medyo sumama ang loob ko roon kasi nagbenta ako ng bahay na pinaghirapan ko, na mula sa pawis ko.
“Hindi ko akalain na binenta ko nang palugi ang bahay ko, may mga bagay pa akong maririnig na hindi maganda. Hindi pa ako nabayaran in full. So, nakakasama talaga ng loob,” she admitted.
What made Dacer upset is when Aljur discontinued his communications with her. Dacer also said that Aljur should know his responsibilities.
She said, “Wala naman akong plano na maghabla kasi pera lang ‘yan pero sana ‘yung respeto na maibigay sa’yo ng tao, kung sakaling wala pa, eh makipag-communicate.”
Dacer then stressed that she doesn’t close her doors for Aljur to talk with her. She shared she’s still hoping for Aljur to acknowledge his responsibilities since she sold her P32 million worth of house in a price of P19 million.
There were also times when she tried to send SMS to Aljur’s mom, but she didn’t receive any response.
Meanwhile, Aljur has yet to explain his side of the story.
