AGB Nielsen: NUTAM People TV Ratings – April 24 & 25, 2017 | “Pusong Ligaw” off to a good start; “TV Patrol” finally overtakes “24 Oras”

Kapamilya’s latest afternoon drama debuting strong and its flagship newscast finally beating rival.

ABS-CBN’s “Pusong Ligaw” and “TV Patrol” won versus their rivals based on the latest data from AGB Nielsen NUTAM People ratings. In the numbers from April 24 – 25, 2017 the two Kapamilya programs registered winning numbers against their counterparts.

“Pusong Ligaw” which debuted on Monday April 24, 2017 was off to a good start after beating Kapuso rival “Legally Blind”. “Pusong Ligaw’s” pilot registered at number 5 on Monday with 6.0%and climbed even higher on Tuesday April 25 to the 4th spot with 6.4% tied to another Kapamilya Gold teleserye “The Better Half”. “Pusong Ligaw” succeeds another top rating afternoon serye “The Greatest Love”.

If “Pusong Ligaw” started strong, Kapamilya’s flagship newscast program has finally regained its strength. “TV Patrol “on Tuesday April 25 has finally overtaken long time rival 24 Oras. Buoyed by good ratings by its pre-programming, “Wildflower”, “TV Patrol” registered 9.7% to move up to the 4th slot of primetime programming, 1 notch higher than 5th ranked “24 Oras” which scored 9.6%. This is one of the rare times that ABS-CBN’s lead primetime newscast has beaten Kapuso’s “24 Oras”. Will it last long? Let see.
