Julia Barretto openly admits that the feeling is mutual between her and onscreen partner Joshua Garcia. Julia revealed that the actor is currently pursuing her.
At the presscon of their film, “Love You to the Stars and Back,” Julia said she agreed to be courted because she ‘feels’ for him.
“Personally kasi, when you see someone special to you going to something like that, you feel for him,” the young actress said. “Whatever he’s feeling, I start to feel also.”
The actress also shared of her relationship with Joshua. Julia said that she became ‘overprotective’ of Joshua. They both know each other’s hardships and what that means a lot to them.
“…As much as possible, in any way that I can help him, I will help him,” she said.
Finally, Julia also said that the Barretto family is fond of Joshua. She said that Joshua is now an expected visitor during family gatherings.
Despite the go signals, Julia said that they are taking things slowly.
“Wala namang rason para minamadali namin ang mga bagay-bagay,” she said.
