- The said joke was asked during the ‘Miss Q and A’ segment of It’s Showtime and had become a trending topic recently.
Showbiz is a fast-paced industry. Everything moves fast and things can change in an instant. Hence, it’s no longer a big deal when a celebrity moves from one station to another.
Over the past months, quite a number of celebrities from the Kapuso network jumped ship to ABS-CBN. It’s a fact, no less. This is what Vice Ganda pointed out when he got the chance to explain his side.
The question, “Kung sinasabing ang GMA ay ‘Where you belong’, ba’t sila naglilipatan?” was asked jokingly by the host during the ‘Miss Q and A’ segment of its showtime.
The joke immediately trended on social media – so much so, that it caught the attention of Kapuso executives and Kapuso comedian, Michael V.

Based on the reactions of Kapuso executive Lilybeth Rasonable and comedian Michael V, no harm was done. After all, it was simply a joke.
