Joross Gamboa stars in the upcoming film, Deadma Walking, an official entry for Metro Manila Film Festival 2017. He plays a terminally ill gay, while Edgar Allan Guzman plays his best friend who helped him fake his own death.
Joross and Edgar both wear female clothing as the film progresses.
Joross shared that he, now, understands how drag queens feel when they perform.
Moreover, Joross added that he and Edgar wore layers upon layers of Spanx, girdle and stockings.
At first, Joross felt uncertain about it. He admitted that after every shoot, Joross and Edgar felt extremely tired.
Furthermore, Joross shared they sweat all over, even parts of their body that shouldn’t. He also added that his respect for drag performers grew and strengthened. He joked about having children again and laughed about it.
“Grabe ang pawis namin. Buong katawan namin hanggang singit basang-basa. Hahaha!”
