- Veteran actor Christopher de Leon is currently starring on the Kapuso supernatural-themed heavy drama “Kambal, Karibal.”
- The 61-year old award-winning actor is also included in the much-awaited rom-com series “Sana Dalawa Ang Puso.”
It seems that veteran actor Christopher de Leon is one of the busiest actors today. The 61-year old award-winning actor is busy working with two different teleserye from GMA Network and ABS-CBN.
Last November 27, Kapuso supernatural-themed “Kambal, Karibal” premiered on GMA Telebabad. In the series, Christoper played the father of Marvin Agustin, Dr. Emmanuel “Manuel” de Villa.
With ABS-CBN, Christopher is now taping “Sana Dalawa ang Puso Ko”, which will be replacing the Kim-Gerald morning drama, “Ikaw Lang ang Iibigin”. He plays the dad of Jodi Sta. Maria, who plays twins in the story, with Robin Padilla and Richard Yap as the two leading men.
According to reports, Christopher started taping for “Sana Dalawa ang Puso Ko” ahead of “Kambal, Karibal”, but the project was shelved for a long time, until GMA Network offered him to do “Kambal, Karibal”.
This is just okay for both networks since “Kambal, Karibal” is seen on primetime while “Sana Dalawa and Puso Ko” will be aired in their morning slot as pre-program for “It’s Showtime”.
