This holiday season, no one really gets into their ‘diet mode.’ Derrick Monasterio and Coach Francis Capati gave everyone a few tips on losing the holiday flab.
Derrick explained that everyone should include exercise in their daily ritual. He also advised that exercising has many factors for his health and confidence. He later continued that his work remains to be his main motivation.
When asked about his diet, Derrick answered:
“I can eat anything. Pero hindi lalampas sa maximum calories ko per day.”
Coach Francis added that people don’t really need to go to the gym, they can exercise and work out in their homes using 500ml water bottles and a chair at home.
Coach Francis further recommended everyone to start with small exercises in 15-20 minutes which can be a good start to come back to a normal exercise routine.
