Five stars who transferred to ABS-CBN in 2017

Last 2017, five former Kapuso stars joined the Kapamilya network as their career move. As of now, these stars are making their names bigger with their projects and upcoming shows this 2018.

LionhearTV listed down the five new Kapamilyas that will surely make a mark this 2018.

Ogie Alcasid 

Last October, singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid officially became part of Kapamilya network. As his first project, he was one of the judges of “Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids.”

He is currently the resident judge of “Tawag Ng Tanghalan” segment of “It’s Showtime.”

Bianca King

Bianca King, who became Kapuso’s leading lady signed with ABS-CBN in 2017. Her first project, “Pusong Ligaw” starring Beauty Gonzales, Sofia Andres and Diego Loyzaga is a consistent top-rater. The said series is now down on its last two weeks after nine months of airing.

Richard Gutierrez

Last May 2017, Richard Gutierrez shocked everyone when he signed an exclusive contract with ABS-CBN. The 33-year old actor is the main nemesis of the hit Kapamilya teleserye “La Luna Sangre” which stars Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla and Angel Locsin.

Aside from his teleserye, it was announced that Richard will reunite with Angel Locsin on the upcoming movie under Star Cinema. They will star alongside award-winning actress Angelica Panganiban.

Aljur Abrenica

Aljur Abrenica started showbiz via Kapuso reality search “StarStruck”, however, the 27-year old actor is now under Kapamilya network. After his appearance on “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” he is set to star on the upcoming series “Asintado” alongside Julia Montes, Paulo Avelino and Shaina Magdayao.

Louise delos Reyes

After signing with Viva Artist Agency, Louise delos Reyes decided to transfer into Kapamilya network. She appeared on  ABS-CBN’s “Wansapanatym Presents: Louie’s Biton” together with Aljur Abrenica.

Louise is also currently gearing up for her upcoming series “Blood Sisters” top-billed by Erich Gonzales.
