After the run of MMFF 2017, moviegoers could expect a head-to-head competition between Regal Entertainment’s “Mama’s Girl” and Star Cinema’s “Ang Dalawang Mrs. Reyes.”
The two movie will be having the same playing date on January 17 in cinemas nationwide.
The upcoming movie of Sylvia Sanchez will also feature young Kapamilya stars Sofia Andres, Diego Loyzaga and Jameson Blake. It is under the direction Connie Macatuno and written by Gina Marissa Tagasa.
The Star Cinema film “Ang Dalawang Mrs. Reyes” stars the award-winning actresses Judy Ann Santos and Angelica Panganiban together with Joross Gamboa and JC de Vera. The movie is under critically-acclaimed director Jun Lana and co-production of IdeaFirst Company and Quantum Films.
On the other hand, Sylvia shared her working experience with Sofia who played as her daughter in the movie.
“Napakabait niyang bata at para kami talagang mag-nanay sa shooting,” she shared.
“Itinuturing ko na siyang parang tunay na anak. Madali naman akong naka-relate sa story namin dahil nanay din naman ako plus nariyan si Direk Connie,” she added.
