Wendell Ramos returns to GMA Network after 7 years

  • Wendell Ramos comes back to GMA Network.
  • He will also have an upcoming project with GMA Network.
  • He revealed that he remained in contact with the Wildflower cast.

Wendell Ramos returns to the Kapuso network. After seven years, he came back to his home network for eleven years. Wendell also left GMA Network in 2011 when he had a project with other networks. ABS-CBN Corporation’s drama-revenge series Wildflower became his last television series. In the said series, Wendell also portrayed the role of Raul Torillo.

Wendell will star in a new GMA Network show in the coming Apri along with Nora Aunor, Gardo Versoza, Luis Alandy, Mikee Quintos, Vaness del Moral, Kate Valdez and Enrico Cuenca. The said upcoming show will also be under the direction of Gina Alajar.

In an interview with PEP.ph, Wendell  revealed that he has an upcoming deal with GMA Network.

“Right now, may upcoming deal with GMA. Parang work din again dito. Alam mo naman na lahat kaibigan natin. Yung mga offers, grab lang tayo.”

The television series Jillian: Namamasko Po and gag show Bubble Gang became Wendell’s last project in GMA Network. According to Wendell himself, he also remains thankful that various networks continuously gave him outstanding projects.

“Lahat naman, even yung GMA din naman before. Alam mo, lahat naman ‘yan, as long as we’re doing our job na maayos, nagiging maganda ang feedback ng tao. I’m thankful, and thank you sa ABS na naging parte ako ng Wildflower.”

Wildflower cast also remained in contact even after a few months. Wendell continued that he is still in communication with RK Bagatsing, Joseph Marco, Vin Abrenica, Aiko Melendez, Tirso Cruz III and Maja Salvador.

“Saka good friend ko naman sila even before. Sila RK,  sila Joseph Marco, sila Vin, sila Aiko, sila Kuya Pip, si Maja. Magkakaibigan naman kasi kami.
