Dingdong Dantes thanks GMA Network for allowing him make movies under various production companies

  • Dingdong Dantes is thankful that GMA Network doesn’t forbid him from making movies under different production companies.
  • Star Cinema and Viva Films remain a competition for GMA Network.
  • He also stars in a movie with Anne Curtis, Sid and Aya (Not A Love Story).

Dingdong Dantes remains thankful that GMA Network doesn’t forbid him from making movies under different production companies. He had also made movies with Star Cinema and Viva Films which remains a competition for GMA Network.

GMA Films’ remains inactive and Dingdong doesn’t have a contract with it. So, this may be the reason behind Dingdong’s freedom on making a movie with various companies. However, Dingdong still expressed his gratitude towards the network.

“Collaborative rin naman ‘yan, so dahil sa pinayagan nila ako, kaya nakakagawa ako.”

Dingdong also stars in a movie with Anne Curtis, Sid and Aya (Not A Love Story) which will be available in theaters nationwide on May 30, Wednesday.

“Viva naman, ibang usapan, dahil nag-umpisa talaga ako sa Viva. Nun’g 20 years ago, TGIS, Viva talaga ang unang kumuha sa akin.”

The movie will be the first time Dingdong and Anne get paired up together. The said movie is under Viva Films and N2 Films. Irene Villamor directed the said movie. Anne, on the other hand, remains in-demand for movies. She just finished promotion for Buy Bust, started promotion for Sid and Aya and started filming for another movie, Aurora.
