Ellen Adarna recently thought she was shady and savage when she called out a minor who was allegedly taking a paparazzi photo of her. Unfortunately for her, Eleila Santos shared on Twitter how she didn’t even notice or knew Ellen was there.
She didn’t even know who Ellen and what’s the running issue in her life is. Eleila only wanted to take an Instagram Story of her food in Mendokoro Ramenba.
Eleila’s mother, Myra Abo Santos, took to her own Facebook account to slam Ellen on defaming a 17-year-old girl. Myra posted a lengthy letter to Ellen, asking her to publicly apologize.
However if Ellen refused to admit her fault and apologize to Eleila. Myra already has a lawyer ready and they will finalize their complaints against the sexy actress.
Myra also wrote on the Facebook post how Eleila was actually mature enough to write to Ellen. However, they didn’t hear anything from the actress. Instead, Ellen posted a one-sided video, insinuating Eleila was lying. Myra also wrote how Ellen stated she can handle bashers.
Myra continued that Ellen even remarked how Eleila should, too. She also noted how Eleila isn’t like Ellen and she never needed too.
“Instead, you posted a one sided narrative and insisted on erroneous and unfounded accusations again on Instagram. You have claimed my daughter is guilty, rude, and has been repeatedly insinuating my daughter is lying. You even said that you can handle bashers and hope my child could, too. I want to tell you that she is not like you, she never needed to. She is a private individual who has not even turned 18. As a celebrity, we would have thought you would understand the value of privacy.
When we watched this video, coupled with the lack of an actual response from your side – it was clear to us – you did not want an explanation. You only want to defame our daughter publicly.”
Myra continued her letter and revealed that they started to seek legal assistance. Their lawyer also advised them to make the letter posted on Facebook. They asked Ellen to publicly apologize to Eleila.
Although they didn’t want to take this further, Myra and her family will do anything to protect Eleila’s integrity.
Myra also acknowledged that no one has the right to breach Ellen’s privacy. However, Ellen has no right to ruin Eleila’s reputation.
“My family and I have begun seeking legal assistance. As advised by our lawyer, we are now writing this letter. As her family, we ask you to publicly apologise to Eleila. We prefer not to take this further, but as our only daughter, we are ready to take this wherever needed to protect her integrity.
As much as no one has the right to breach your privacy, you have no right to ruin my daughter’s reputation.”
Myra, her family and her lawyer also gave Ellen a deadline of five days. If she still refuses to admit her fault and publicly apologize, they will take legal actions to protect Eleila.
“My lawyer indicates that you will have five days to reply to this letter. Should you fail or refuse to do so, we will not hesitate to take the appropriate legal actions necessary under the circumstances, to protect and uphold the best interest and welfare of our 17 year old, Eleila A. Santos.”
