The iconic transgender trio Miss Tres recently auditioned for 2018’s Britain’s Got Talent. Mavey, Mariko and Crissy received four yes votes from judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams.
The episode aired on May 12, Saturday (May 13, Sunday in Manila).
Miss Tres wore silver sequined dresses and surprised the judges with deep, masculine voices as they performed Tom Jones’ Sex Bomb. After their performance, Simon asked them whether they hid this from the beginning.
“Were you hiding a little surprise from the beginning?”
Miss Tres rose to fame when they tried out for the fourth season of Pilipinas Got Talent. They became a semi-finalist on the said show. They also earned a standing ovation when they auditioned for Asia’s Got Talent in 2015. As of this writing, the two-minute video has earned more than 1.5 million views on YouTube.
