ABS-CBN Films, Star Cinema is currently celebrating their 25th year in the film industry this 2018. It will also continue to grow as the years come.
During its 25th-anniversary Employees’ Celebration on June 8, Friday. Star Cinema Managing Director Olivia Lamasan congratulated everyone.
Olivia commended their good work and applauded themselves into becoming the good people they have grown into. In the said celebration, she also shared that ABS-CBN Films will continue to evolve.
“Patuloy nagbabago ang mundo, and Star Cinema and ABS-CBN Films family continues to evolve and respond to the ever-changing demands of the times and the market. To better serve the Filipino audience, we are growing the ABS-CBN Films root.”
Olivia also revealed the three new brands of ABS-CBN Films, aside from Star Cinema. CinemaOne Originals will also remain as a home for the festival, edgier and arthouse movies. Meanwhile, CineBro Originals will be a home for content marketed to male.
Lastly, Black Sheep will be an outlet of content marketed for millennials.
