Cardo (Coco Martin) will do everything it takes to save his marriage as he fights to win back the love and trust of his wife Alyana (Yassi Pressman) in “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.”

While he finally reunited with his wife, it was not the scenario he was expecting as he witnessed Alyana saying yes to Marco’s (JC Santos) marriage proposal. But this did not make Cardo’s spirit waver as he put matters into his own hands and took Alyana with him to a secluded community, away from Marco.

There they will try living together, just like how their lives were before all the turmoil. But despite Cardo’s efforts, Alyana will remain stone-hearted and even attempt to escape to continue living her life without her husband.

Will there still be a chance for Cardo and Alyana?

Meanwhile, the series’ lead star Coco Martin recently received the Fernando Poe Jr. (FPJ) Memorial Award at the 66th FAMAS Gabi ng Parangal for his influential work on TV and movies.

“When I was young, I was always with my lola to watch movies of FPJ and Nora Aunor because she loves them so much. I never thought that when I grew up I would get the chance of having this job,” said Coco in his acceptance speech.

“To ABS-CBN, thank you so much for opening the doors for me to do soap operas. Of course, to Star Cinema, thank you for giving me the opportunity to do movies,” he added.

Aside from Coco, “FPJAP” star Awra Briguela took home the German Moreno Youth Achievement award.

Don’t miss the action-packed battle in the leading primetime series in the country, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” weeknights on ABS-CBN and ABS-CBN HD (SkyCable ch 167). To watch the show’s past episodes, log in to iWant TV or on for Sky subscribers.
