GMA Network’s “Hindi Ko Kayang Iwan Ka” gets recognition for educating the viewers about HIV/AIDS

Yasmien Kurdi and her co-stars Jackie Rice and Martin del Rosaria altogether received the award during the Walk the Talk: Stop the Stigma, Stop HIV event.

The awarding ceremony was held in Marikina Sports Center last Sunday, July 8.

The young actress personally thanked Philippine Catholic HIV-AIDS Network ng Diocese of Antipolo for the award that they got based on their advocaserye “Hindi Ko Kayang Iwan Ka.”

On her Instagram, she wrote, Maraming Salamat PhilCHAN (Philippine Catholic HIV-AIDS Network) sa Plaque of Recognition sa #hindikokayangiwanka Salamat po sa suporta niyo sa aming #advocaserye sa #gmaafternoonprime Have a Blessed Sunday”

The plaque of appreciation is due to the show’s contribution to educating the viewers and the Filipino people about HIV and AIDS.

The show’s ratings continue to rise and it was already extended several times due to high viewer demand.
