- Mocha Uson posted a federalism information drive video in her blog.
- In the viral video, Uson’s fellow DDS blogger Olivar danced lewdly to “pepe-dede-ralismo” while pointing to a woman’s private body parts.
- Ethel Booba tweeted about the viral video.
Mocha Uson and Drew Olivar did a federalism information campaign on Facebook live. Parody account, Malacañang Events and Catering Services, recorded the live stream video.
In the viral video, Olivar danced lewdly to “pepe-dede-ralismo” while pointing to a woman’s private body parts.
Refund their budget
Comedienne Ethel Booba tweeted about the said video and asked for the budget allocated for the Federalism information campaign to be refunded.
“Pa-refund po noong 90M budget. Charot! #Pepederalismo”
Ethel wished that Uson and Olivar had explained the good and bad side of federalism instead.
“Sana explain nila ang good and bad sa federalism. If may chance ba na tumaas ang tax na babayaran or bumaba. How many states should PH have under federalism. Like solid, liquid and gas ayyy states of matter pala yun. Charot!”

Ethel to conduct information campaign lectures?
Ethel rejected the idea of doing the lectures herself.
“Hindi, malay ko naman sa topic na yan. Dapat kinukuha nila ay expert pero kayang explain in an easy way para mas madaling intindihin ng kababayan natin just incase magtransition tayo sa Charotism este sa Federalism. Charot!”
When a netizen slammed Ethel for allegedly being against Federalism, she said that she never mentioned anything against Federalism.
“Did I mention that I am against Federalism? I think reading comprehension is your problem. I suggested to explain the bad and good not vag and boob in Federalism (Pepe Dede Ralismo). Charot!”
Ethel said further that it is government’s duty to explain the concept of Federalism to the people.
“Actually I read a lot of articles on Google about Con-con and Con-Ass. There are some part na di ko maintindihan talaga what more yung mga kababayan nating walang internet access. And it’s not bad if we ask our gov’t to explain that because that is part of their job. Charot!”
Ethel sent out another tweet firing back at a netizen who lectured her about Con Ass and Federalism draft.
“Mas boba ka. Wala pa ngang available draft about federalism sa tingin mo makikita na yun sa Google or kung san? Charot!”
