Children from Barangay San Isidro in the town of Rodriquez, Rizal got the chance to live their dream jobs in YeY and ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation, Inc.’s “Team YeY Play Day” activity in KidZania Manila last November 30 in celebration of National Children’s Month.

The kids were taught the value of having real jobs and earning from them while keeping the spirit of discovery and fun alive. Games and prizes were also given away in a program provided by YeY. Team YeY entertained their playmates with dance numbers including the new Christmas song and dance of Team YeY, “YeY Christmasaya.”

YeY channel head Danie Sedilla-Cruz thanked everyone who participated in the event and enjoined every kid to “be the best everyday,” as “we are just so happy to be spending this day with you, we hope you have fun and bring with you the learnings from today.”

“Masayang-masaya po ako na nakasama ko ang Team YeY dito, nanalo pa ako sa games,” Princess from San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal said.

National Children’s Month is observed every November and commemorates the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child by the United Nations General Assembly on November 20, 1989.
