In a social media post, the network MNCTV posted a Bahasa-translated lyric video of the “It’s Showtime” theme song. The show’s Business Unit head Peter Edward Dizon gave confirmation about the video posted by MNCTV on their social media page.
MNCTV’s version of “It’s Showtime” carries segments from the original Filipino version, including words/phrases like “Sine Mo ‘To,” “Cash-Ya! Kaya!,” ”Ansabe,” “Copy Cut,” and “Bida Dance.”
Actor-singer Teejay Marquez was already announced as one of the hosts, together with the Filipino singer Leo Consul. Marquez got his break in Indonesia because he starred in the Indonesian version of “Meteor Garden” as one of the F4 members. Marquez was very grateful for the opportunity.
According to his manager, they are already processing the contract as the actor is anticipating for the contract signing.
Also, said the actor, he might start hosting in the middle of the show, comparing it to Hashtags. “Under negotiation pero hindi natin alam, baka parang Hashtags, papasok lang sila on the middle.”, the actor surmised.

The noontime show “It’s Showtime” started airing on MNCTV last March 25, 2019 in it’s noontime slot on Indonesian TV.
