In a Youtube video posted by Orange Magazine TV, Nadine finally speaks about the trending desired tandem of netizens. Nadine, shocked by the role, said that she is still not ready for such portrayal with Kathryn Bernardo, but she assured that she can prepare for it, implying that the role is risky but can be a great achievement for an artist.
“I’m open to having projects with her pero parang di pa ako ready pag ganun ka grabeng roles. But I know I can prepare for it. But I mean it’s definitely a big challenge for me but I know if I pull it off, its gonna be something amazing. And it’s a big achievement for me. But I’m really open of course to having a movie with her.”
She added that she would rather have a mysterious kind of movie with Kathryn, which at the same time still has that intense and deep meaning to it.
“I think yung mga mystery movies. Kasi ang gusto ko po either action or mystery. Siguro yung mga medyo malalalim, yung parang ‘Mary the Queen of Scots’. It’s not a mystery, per se, but a kind of historical film but its something that’s kind of intense, something that a movie shows women empowerment.”
Aside from Kathryn Bernardo, netizens are also hitting on Liza Soberano to be on the constructed movie, stating that she would also be suitable for a lesbian role.
