Back to work today. As I've always been a big fan of natural healing and disease prevention, I came across this book that’s always out of stock in the bookstores, had to order online for one! Dr. Farrah Bunch is a Filipina medical doctor who has developed a huge following, as she embraces and shares with all her patients the wonders of natural home remedies and preventive supplementation for health. Got a copy of the book from her sis in law, the gorgeous Tara Bunch, who spoke about freedom of choice for people who choose traditional medication, natural healing or a combination of both. Tara fights the good fight. 💪 I also believe that the answers are in nature. It is biblical. For the best choice for ourselves, research is always good. 💚 #BestLife

It can be concluded that Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho leads our Sunday nights, but Rated K made sure that the stories that they’re sharing are sought after too, which leaves both TV shows in a close fight.
