GMA Network’s ‘Bihag’ is slowly attracting viewers since its pilot episode aired last April 1. It has been steadily gaining ground against its rival show ‘Kadenang Ginto’ based on the Nielsen Phils. (NUTAM) TV ratings from May 20 to 24.
May 20 episode “Babaeng Hudas” (Judas Woman) with 7.5% against 8.9%, May 21 “Suka Para sa Kati” (Vinegar for Irritation) with 6.9% against 9.0%, May 22 “Hindi Magpapatalo” (Not going to be Defeated) with 8.0% against 9.9%, May 23 “Asawa vs. Biyenan” (Wife vs. Mother-in-Law) with 6.8% against 10%, and on May 24 with 6.7% for the “Totoong Hudas” (The Real Judas) episode against 10.8%.
Monday (May 20) Bihag: 7.5% vs Kadenang Ginto: 8.9%
Tuesday (May 21) Bihag: 6.9% vs Kadenang Ginto: 9.0%
Wednesday (May 22) Bihag: 8.0% vs Kadenang Ginto: 9.9%
Thursday (May 23) Bihag: 6.8% vs Kadenang Ginto: 10.0%
Friday (May 24) Bihag: 6.7% vs Kadenang Ginto: 10.8%
‘Bihag’ has yet to win against ‘Kadenang Ginto’ in the ratings.
NUTAM, AGB Nielsen gathers data from more than 3,500 home panels installed in different Urban areas in the entire Philippines.
‘Bihag’ is directed by Neal del Rosario and stars Max Collins, Jason Abalos, Sophie Albert, Mark Herras, and Neil Ryan Sese.
