The midterm elections of 2019 had come to an end, and the results weren’t finalized but leading bets are already on the table, which some Filipinos were applauding, while others  dismayed on the results.

The veteran news anchor of ‘24 Oras’ Mike Enriquez had really snapped on the leading senatorial candidates results of the 2019 midterm elections.

On GMA News’s “Eleksyon 2019” special coverage with fellow anchors Jessica Soho and Mel Tiangco, the broad casters especially Mike Enriquez had shared his commentaries on the senate leading bets.

“Lahat nung mga nanalo, oo, na ma-interview. Gusto ko silang singilin, anong maaasahan namin sa inyo ngayon?”

“Oo, para magkaalaman. Ngayon pa lang, magkaalaman na para sa habang umuusad ang kanilang termino, na-tse-tsek natin ‘yung ginagawa nila versus ‘yung ipinangako nila. Ganoon lang ka-simple ‘yon.”

Which really showed how he snapped on the leading bets, he really wanted to know if the promises that these candidates have will be fulfilled.

When Mel Tiangco had said that they should even gave the candidates time to enjoy their winning, Mike Enriquez even snapped more, “Ah ganon? ‘Yung mga taong naghihirap, nagugutom, at walang pambili ng gamot subukan niyong sabihin sa kanila na konting panahon pa.”

Mike Enriquez answered had captured the Netizens and really felt that Mike Enriquez voice out their dismay on the election results as well.

Anchor Mike Enriquez is really known for his straightforwardness when it comes to anchoring. The news anchor is also seen in ’24 Oras’ on GMA Network.
