Hashtags member Jameson Blake has been named as the dream leading man for Kisses Delavin. This is according to the results of a recent poll held by film outfit, Regal Films.
Now that Kisses has no love team partner, Regal Films recently did a poll asking its followers to choose her next leading man in a possible upcoming film starring the young actress.
Among the choices were Jameson Blake, Grae Fernandez, Tanner Mata, and Teejay Marquez.
Jameson won the poll garnering around 56% of the votes.
But how is Jameson reacting to this?
The actor recently had his photoshoot for his upcoming film G! under Cineko Productions with co-actors McCoy de Leon, Kira Balinger, Paulo Angeles, and Mark Oblea.
After the event, he was interviewed by the media and bloggers who asked for his reaction about him being paired with Kisses.
“Actually I saw that. Nakakatuwa I mean it’s nice to see a lot of fans support me and praise that I could actually be her partner. If they visualized that and if it makes them happy, I feel appreciated that they voted for me,” Jameson shared.
The It’s Showtime dancer also revealed that he and Kisses first met during his visit to the Pinoy Big Brother House during its Lucky 7 edition. He admitted that Kisses made an impression on him as a smart person.
“I didn’t really get to know her kasi…I guess she’s gentle and simple lang,” he said when he was asked to describe her personality.
Their fan-made love team might have stemmed from the time he attended Kisses’ grand debut held at Shangri-La Hotel in Makati City on May 1, 2017. Jameson attended her birthday as one of her 18 roses.
Jameson was also asked about if their love team would be a success considering that Kisses had been recently in a love team with Donny Pangilinan called DonKiss. Aside from this, she had also been paired up with Tony Labrusca (TonKiss) and Marco Gallo (KissMarc).
“I really don’t know, I mean I can’t really say if it’s successful or not. It all depends, by the end of the day—if it’s going to happen—on how people react. Siyempre lahat naman tayo we have our own opinions and I don’t know. Let’s see”
Meanwhile, the actor dished out some details of his upcoming barkada film directed by Dondon Santos which will open in Philippine cinemas soon.
“Well siguro this movie that I’m doing now is full on barkada movie. Madaming kalokohan pero people will actually realize and see the friendship with this movie. Ayun barkada movie siya.”
According to him, McCoy’s character will be his close friend in the group while Kira will play as his love interest. He also said that it was great working with the two on the movie project.
McCoy’s character is a cancer patient and his group which includes Jameson will take on an adventure to check their characters’ bucket lists, of sorts.
Apart from this, the actor is also part of the cast of Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards’ movie Hello, Love, Goodbye showing on July 31 in cinemas.
