The reality singing competition, The Voice of the Philippines is set to return to television.
Along with it, Sarah Geronimo returns as judge after taking a break for a few seasons.
Sarah, who was the mentor of Darren Espanto and Morisette Amon during their stint on the show, couldn’t be any prouder of the two for their success.
“Of course, we’re so proud of all them. Each one of them merong kanya-kanyang mark sa industriyang ito like Morissette, Darren.”
The two artists recently recorded the Philippine version of “A Whole New World” from Aladdin, which really amazed netizens.
Morissette earned her label as Asia’s Phoenix during her performance at the 14th Asia Song Festival in Busan, South Korea on September 24, 2017, where she represented the Philippines.
Darren is not just succeeding in his singing career but also in his acting career. He made his acting debut in KathNiel’s record-breaking movie The Hows of Us. He now performs regularly on ABS-CBN’s musical variety show, ASAP.
