Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban, who began her early years in showbiz, seems to know when to speak up and to remain silent in facing controversies.

She recently shared her sentiments on Twitter after she was accused of having an “attitude.” Citing her experience, the actress promised to herself that she will not look for food again during a shoot.

She wrote: “From now on. Hindi na ko maghahanap ng pagkain sa shoot. Attitude pala ang tawag dun. Sorry ha? Nahihiya ako sa inyo. (Nag alok naman kasi ng kape).”

Upon airing her sentiments, the 32-year-old actress gained support from her fans and followers who also shared the same thoughts.

She also retweeted her reply to a comment of Nelson Escondo, an award-winning film director and writer who wrote: “Usaping pagkain alam mo ang reply ko dyan! Hahaha lika naaaaa”

“Haha. Mali ako. Dapat daw pumunta ako sa trabaho na busog. At kapag sinabing tumayo ka sa isang sulok, sumunod ka! kung hindi, may attitude ka,” Angelica said.

In her earlier post, Angelica also revealed that an unauthorized person used her credit card in Pampanga, making purchases amounting to almost 500,000 pesos.

Many netizens showed their concern for her and some even suggested ways to solve the problem.

Angelica started her acting career as a child actress. She became widely known for her role as Becky in the 1995 film Sarah, Ang Munting Prinsesa. She then starred in several series and films in ABS-CBN.

She is currently part of the comedy show Banana Sundae and in the iWant series Call Me Tita. She is set to star in a drama film headed by Direk Mae Cruz-Alviar along with Bea Alonzo and Richard Gutierrez.
