KathDen’s ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye’ rakes in Php 66M in two days

It’s a hit!

After getting a total of Php 34,457,618.41 when it opened on July 31, Hello, Love, Goodbye continued to smash the box office, raking in an additional Php 31,842,699.3 on its second day. The movie now has Php 66,300,317.72 total gross in just two days.

From 350 cinemas on the first day, more movie houses opened for the film and it is now showing in 390 cinemas nationwide according to Star Cinema.

Directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina and written by Carmi Raymundo, Hello, Love, Goodbye centers on the love story of Joy (Kathryn Bernardo) and Ethan (Alden Richards), Filipino workers based in Hong Kong. Ethan, a bartender, is keen on romantically pursuing Joy, a domestic helper who is wholly dedicated to providing for her family. Joy is unwavering with her priorities, but this does not stop Ethan from convincing her, and ultimately settling for the little she is capable of giving in return.

The movie also stars Jeff Tam, Jameson Blake, Joross Gamboa, Lovely Abella, Kakai Bautista, and Maymay Entrata with the special participation of Lito Pimentel and Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan.
