Karylle got emotional after her Magpasikat 2019 performance with Korean co-host Ryan Bang. She said, “Everyday ko naman sinasabi sa kanya, matagal na you’re my favorite. Kasi alam ko one day, iiwan niya tayo magiging superstar sa Korea. Thank you for spending so much time in Showtime, pero one day we’ll have to fly pero ‘wag mo kaming kakalimutan.”
For the first time on national TV, Ryan shared his career plans that maybe mean the possibility of leaving the ABS-CBN noontime show.
Aside from It’s Showtime hosts commending Ryan’s compelling performance, audiences have noticed that he is ready for the big break that awaits him in Korea. In regards to flying back to Korea, the Korean star did not confirm the reason for returning to his country, whether he will finally accept the offer or if he has to do the mandatory conscription in South Korea.
The conscription in South Korea is mandatory for male citizens to be part of military service. Several Korean stars have complied with this, such as Lee Min Ho, Kang Ha Neul, Kim Soo Hyun, and Super Junior member Ryeowook.
Ryan also proudly introduced his girlfriend to his fellow hosts of It’s Showtime and called her ‘baby.’
Ryan’s gorgeous girlfriend is Ara Dabao who is the daughter of veteran actors Ricky Davao and Jackie Lou Blanco.
