How UKEAS empower Divine Lee to fulfil her dreams of studying in United Kingdom

A new year means more possibilities, and that is what exactly UKEAS has to offer. Welcoming 2020 with an abundance of academic opportunities, a partnership is set with the British Embassy into bringing the UKEAS Study World UK Education Fair this coming January 18, 2020! Representatives from the best universities in the United Kingdom are gathering to offer these academic possibilities at the Shangri-La Makati, also bringing in a number of workshops for the participants to engage in.

MANILA, Philippines – The UKEAS Study World UK Education Fair is just around the corner on 18 January, 2020, at Shangri-La Hotel Makati Isabella Ballroom A and B. Together with the British Embassy Manila, UKEAS seeks to provide students with new opportunities to complete their post-graduate studies at the finest universities in the United Kingdom. Over the years, UKEAS has helped countless students attain their dreams of studying in the UK, among which includes personality, Divine Lee.

“I heard about UKEAS through a good friend,” shares Divine Lee. “I was actually going through British School prep during university, but I had to delay it because I started working. So, this is more like a continuation of my original plan.”

This January, representatives from all the best universities in the United Kingdom are to come to Manila. The Study World UK Education Fair will empower students of all levels with everything they need to pursue an education in the United Kingdom, through access to seminars, keynote speeches, and a helpdesk with information on visa and scholarship opportunities.

“UKEAS facilitated all my requirements and helped me find the best school in the United Kingdom for my masters,” says Divine Lee.

In addition to helping students gain entry to universities, the British Embassy will deliver a session on applying for a Tier-4 Student Visa and the new 2-year post-study work visa for international students. The latter visa will allow eligible students to work or apply for employment, in any career or position of their choice, for two (2) years after completing their studies.

“I was still in school when I was already pre-hired by a number of companies in the United Kingdom,” says Divine Lee. “Unfortunately, I couldn’t take the offer because I was studying to help me with my current occupation. But it was good to know that students can have that option available to them as well.”
