- Mocha tweeted a picture of what she alleged were real ABS-CBN workers.
Several ABS-CBN employees took to social media to slam Mocha Uson for questioning the numbers of real ABS-CBN workers.
On Wednesday, February 19, Uson, who is known as the Fake News Queen, tweeted a photo of group of people with PACC Commissioner Greco Belgica saying they were the real ABS-CBN employees, not the 11 thousand which according to her have no face.
“Ito ang mga tunay na empleyado ng ABSCBN hindi ang 11000 na sinasabi ng ABSCBN na mga walang mukha,”

Mocha seemed to echo the recent statement of Sen. Ronaldo “Bato” dela Rosa who also questioned the legitimacy of the 11 thousand strong workforce of the Kapamilya network whose jobs are being endangered.
“11,000 talaga? Sigurado ka? Anyway, regardless kung ilan yun, what’s 11,000 compared to the whole Filipino nation na matagal ng sinamantalahan ng isang kumpanya kung talagang ma prove yan sa hearing na pinagsamantalahan ang sambayanang Pilipino. What’s 11,000 compared to the whole Filipino nation?” said Dela Rosa.
Meanwhile, Mocha’s tweet quickly drew attention from several legit ABS-CBN employees.
In a tweet by Jenny Ingalla, she blasted Mocha for her tweets saying if those people were the real ABS-CBN employees then what are they, fake employees?
“Sabi ni Mocha, ito daw ang totoong empleyado ng ABSCBN. So ano amg tawag sa akin at sa mga officemates ko? FAKE like her? #foreverkapamilya #NoToABSCBNShutDown”

Talent Manager and Kapamilya star Ogie Diaz twitted Mocha, saying she must be clueless as to how big ABS-CBN is. He also encouraged Mocha to stick to facts and stop spreading fake news.
“Di pa ata nakakapasok si Mocha sa ABS-CBN. Akala yata niya, sinlaki lang ng kiosk o foodcart lang ang abs, kaya ilan lang ang kailangang empleyado. Ate, doon tayo sa facts, wag puro fake-fake lang.”

ABS-CBN AdProm head Eric John Salut also slammed Mocha for discrediting them, saying her salary is being paid by their taxes.
“Kung ikaw Fake News Queen, huwag mo kaming gawing Fake Employees! KINAKALTASAN KAMI NG TAX PARA IPASWELDO SA YO!”

ABS-CBN executive Roxy Liquigan meanwhile retweeted Ingalla’s tweet saying with his long years in the network he could not recognize any of those faces in Mocha’s photo.
“Jen, sa tagal na natin sa ABS, parang di ko kilala ang mga yan? Kaloka!”

Here are other tweets from some of the 11 thousand strong employees of ABS-CBN.
My name is Cassandra Lim. I am a proud member of the 11,000 strong roster of employees of ABS CBN.
This is MY social media account.
I will speak up because it is MY right, not as a Kapamilya, but as a tax-paying Filipino.#NoToABSCBNShutdown#DefendPressFreedom pic.twitter.com/KgWvfbnTCo

There was anger, of course, among ABS-CBN workers (11,000 jobs at risk). But there was also joy in the display of unity — and the chance to publicly express their feelings. #NoToABSCBNShutDown #DefendPressFreedom pic.twitter.com/QsvQFnKJNJ
