If given the chance, Untrue director Sigrid Bernardo wants to work with Liza Soberano and Daniel Padilla on a film as these stars are easy to work with.
“Gusto ko si Daniel Padilla saka si Liza Soberano, good luck! Baka mag-welga mga fans baka ako pa lang ‘yung gagawa ng Liza and Daniel Padilla. Nadadalian ako kay Liza lalo na kay Daniel. Bagay di ba? Tingin ko bagay.”
To prevent any speculations, Director Bernardo reiterated that Kathryn Bernardo is also a good actress but, she wants to give a new flavor in films by partnering Liza with Daniel.
“Nagagalingan rin ako kay Kathryn, gusto ko lang. Siyempre ikaw lagi mo nakikita ‘yung dalawa, iba naman. Kathryn and Enrique (Gil) pwede naman.”
If ever her plans will push through, Bernardo would like to come up with a romantic-zombie story just like Nicholas Hoult and Teresa Palmer’s Warm Bodies (2013).
“Kay Daniel and Liza horror, love story na zombie film parang Warm Bodies.”
Kathryn, Daniel, and Enrique had a TV series in 2012 titled Princess and I. The series aired from April 2012 until February 2013 which outscored at 39.1% its rival program Luna Blanca with only 15.7% and for its final episode, Princess and I scored 38.1%.
