After a week of criticizing the efforts of Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Deputy Executive Director Mocha Uson is suddenly praising him for coming up with mobile palengkes for his constituents.
Mocha said, “Napagakanda nitong idea ni Mayor Vico sana sa ibang lugar din ay magkaroon ng ganito para hindi na lumalabas at pumipila ang ating mga kababayan. #WeHealAsOne”

Mocha’s post earned criticisms on Twitter as netizens labeled her as being “two-faced” for suddenly changing her opinion of the Pasig mayor.
Here are the reactions of netizens who are not buying Mocha’s sudden change of heart:

Aside from Ethel, celebrities and netizens chose to defend Vico over other politicians trying to drag him down. #ProtectVico trend on Twitter with Agot Isidro and Saab Magalona defending Vico.
Nag-uumpisa nang i-neutralize at i-discredit si Mayor @VicoSotto.
Naisip siguro nila: Naku, nalalaman na ng masa kung ano ang good governance at effective leadership! Hindi maaari ito! Apektado tayo! Di na tayo makakapanloko!
Us: Neqneq nyu pu! Namumulat na kami!#ProtectVico

Noli de Castro's analysis is too simplistic: "National government says bawal, therefore that's right." Vico Sotto is on the ground in Pasig. He knows what people need.
Kabayan has wrong priorities. It's not just about the letter of the rules. It's about saving people!
