Post breakup hugot? Ellen Adarna says was stuck in a ‘black hole’ for 3 years

“My antidepressants didn’t do me any good, it made me immobile and numb. I was getting weaker mentally and emotionally—something had to be done,” she said.

“I did mental training because I was stuck in this black hole for almost three years.”

This was how Ellen Adarna revealed that she had undergone training in Bali, Indonesia to address her issues with mental health. She decided to undergo training after realizing that she was “mentally and emotionally growing weaker.”

In a series of Instagram Stories, Adarna revealed that she did a 14-day mental training because she felt that she had been “stuck in this black hole for almost three years.”

“My antidepressants didn’t do me any good, it made me immobile and numb. I was getting weaker mentally and emotionally—something had to be done,” she said.

Proudly showing her training, Adarna said that her mentor had taken videos and photos of the entire process for her to see her progress and how she dealt with her demons.

One of the training exercise she underwent included being wrapped in plastic that sent her panicking.

A Facebook Page called Inday Szara also posted photos from Ellen’s training.

In 2017, Ellen withdrew from the spotlight with actor John Lloyd Cruz with whom she had a rumored romance. Though their relationship was never confirmed by either party, it was later revealed that Ellen had given birth to a baby boy named Elias Modesto.

But in 2019, rumors circulated that Ellen broke up with John Lloyd, though again it was never confirmed nor denied by the two.

John Lloyd has since made a comeback of sorts by appearing in some films. For her part, Ellen seems to have moved on after she posted her photographs with another guy during a trip to Europe.
