A netizen who pledged to donate 72 boxes of PPEs asked Angel which hospitals needed it the most. Luckily, Angel noticed the tweet and mentioned Philippine General Hospital and Lung Center.
After setting up sleeping tents in BGC near hospitals with donations from fellow celebrities, Angel is still looking for N95 suppliers. Fortunately, there are people who are still willing to help by simply providing details of suppliers where Angel can contact them.

These efforts of Angel only show that there is a shortage of PPEs, in which Cong. Alan Peter Cayetano strongly denied and said it’s fake news.
Cayetano said: “There is a lot of fake news. Have you heard that people are spreading fake news saying there is a lack of PPEs in an area? It’s unfortunate when you propagate fake news.”
Cayetano’s statement has led him to receive the ire of netizens.

In spite of Cayetano’s claim that a shortage of PPEs is fake news, Angel suggested her followers to stop comparing the efforts of regular citizens like her and the government.
In times like these, let’s stop comparing help from regular citizens and government. To be honest, based on my experience, it would be VERY hard to help without the assistance of government. So, Thank you to our local officials for assisting us and risking their lives as well
