A Soldier’s Heart lead actor Gerald Anderson helped the Philippine Coast Guard build an emergency quarantine facility at the Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital in Caloocan City.
The quarantine facility will serve as a temporary quarters for COVID-19 patients including the increasing numbers of persons under investigation as hospitals within Metro Manila are already overcrowded.

As for the update to the upcoming emergency quarantine facility, Kapamilya actor posted a sneak peek of the project.
Gerald thanked his fellow celebrities like Sue Ramirez, Arci Munoz, Director Ruel Bayani, Jake Cuenca, and Rayver Cruz for participating in the project and for the materials they sponsored.

Prior to his initiative to help the Philippine Coast Guard for the said facility, Gerald has been known as a generous person who’s always there for Filipinos in times of calamity.
He also lend a helping hand to soldiers on duty by distributing packed meals last March 25, 2020, along the North Luzon Expressway.
