In a recent Instagram live, John Lloyd Cruz bravely confessed his feelings for Bea Alonzo.
JL told Bea: “Nandon ka nong nagmahal ako. Nandon ka nong nasaktan ako. Nandon ka nong wala akong matakbuhan. Nandon ka nong kailangan ko nang kaibigan. Nadon ka nong kailangan ko nang kausap.”
Though they may not have a label or they are not in an exclusive relationship, what’s more important for John Lloyd is the presence of Bea no matter what he’s going through in life.
JL continued: “Pagbinabalikan ko lahat nang iyan minsan di ko na alam kung ano pa tayo eh, kung sino tayo? Pero okay lang, kasi ang mahalaga ay iyong nandon ka. Yun lang sapat na.”
Bea asked John Lloyd from which movie did he get those lines, and John Lloyd stated that it’s actually his words for her.
Bea: “Anong movie yan?”
JL respond: “Wala gusto ko lang sabihin.”
Here are the reactions of netizens who felt ‘kilig’ when John Lloyd expressed his feelings for Bea:

Naalala ko John Lloyd once said in an interview that" he cannot afford to lose Bea not in any way" so kaya siguro never nila inintertain ang "romance" between them kasi ika nga ni JL mas papiliin nya kung san sila magtatagal at Yun ay sa pagkakaibigan ❤ uuuwuuu!! pic.twitter.com/QFZTuvAb9x

But all of these kilig banters by these two great actors are just part of the experimental cinema directed by Antoinette Jadaone.
In her post on Instagram, the director said, “The Unconfined Cinema was founded on the idea of exploring what else cinema could be, freeing our stories to be told outside of the traditional spaces and conceptual boundaries set by the last century of the medium.”
“In this unprecedented time of quarantine, in a time when movie production is impossible, we found it especially pressing to find ways to tell our stories,” she added.
Bea and John Lloyd have been a long time on-screen partners for TV series and movies, and whenever Bea felt weary and had a rough situation with her current partner, she used to run to John Lloyd for comfort. As it turns out and revealed by John Lloyd by the recent IG live on Bea to show her fans how to cook Bagoong rice, the actor said that Bea has been doing the same for him, especially when he felt lost.
Before John Lloyd confessed his feelings for Bea, the actor also posted a playful video with Kapamilya actress on his Instagram account, browsed through her old photos, and even sent her a direct message.
