Heart Evangelista-Escudero isn’t hiding how much she misses her husband, Sorsogon Governor Chiz Escudero while Luzon is in lockdown because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
On her Instagram account, Heart couldn’t help but express her emotions because she has not seen her husband for a month.
“More like ‘Love in the time of COVD19’. 😰Missing my husband so much. Can’t wait for you to come home @escuderochiz.”

The two are currently not together due to ECQ (enhanced community quarantine). Chiz is in Sorsogon helping his constituents and serving them as governor, while Heart is in Metro Manila.
Despite her feelings of loneliness, Heart has been keeping herself busy helping out others affected by the ECQ. Recently, the actress was able to donate boxes of alcohol to the province of Sorsogon, posting a photo of herself along with the boxes that will be donated,
“Mahal Kong Sorsogon, help is coming and the next batch is already being prepared.”
Heart also expressed her gratitude and appreciation to her husband for working double time in this pandemic crisis,
“Thank you @escuderochiz for working double time and for preparing all the necessities for Sorsogon. I’m also doing the best that I can to help from home while you are there. I miss you already but I know Sorsoganons need you more. Please stay safe, my love. ”
And lastly, the actress thanked the frontliners battling the COVID-19 crisis.
“❤️ Ps: A big salute to all our frontliners. You are our heroes. Thank you for your service and bravery. 🙏🏻❤️”
